Terms & License

These Terms & License terms (the “Agreement”) govern your purchase, download, installation, activation, and use of Blurilliant. By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using the app, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use Blurilliant.

What Blurilliant provides

Blurilliant is Mac productivity software that can focus, arrange, switch, hide, resize, and restore application windows using permissions you grant through macOS. Features may vary by macOS version, hardware, display arrangement, application behavior, and granted permissions.

Purchase and payment

Blurilliant is offered as a one-time, pay-what-you-want purchase with a stated minimum price. Paying more than the minimum is optional and does not unlock different features unless a separate product or edition explicitly says otherwise.

Payments, receipts, applicable taxes, and checkout processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Its checkout terms also apply to your transaction.

License

Subject to this Agreement and successful payment, you receive a perpetual, limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use Blurilliant on one Mac that you own or control, unless the product page or license information expressly allows additional devices. The license remains valid for this major version unless it ends under the Termination section below.

You may make a reasonable backup copy for personal archival purposes. You may not sell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, publish, share a license key, provide the download to others, or use Blurilliant to operate a competing hosted or commercial service.

License keys and activation

A license key is provided to the purchaser for their authorized use of Blurilliant and does not transfer ownership of the app. You are responsible for keeping the key secure and may not publish, sell, share, or use it to activate more devices than the purchased license permits.

Activation may be refused or revoked when a key is fraudulent, refunded, charged back, shared, or used in material violation of this Agreement. If a legitimate activation problem occurs, contact Support so it can be reviewed.

Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass licensing or security controls, remove proprietary notices, or modify and redistribute Blurilliant. You may not use the app unlawfully, to interfere with another person’s device or accounts, or in a way that could damage the app or associated services.

Accessibility permission and your responsibility

Some features require macOS Accessibility permission. You decide whether to grant that permission and may revoke it in System Settings. Because Blurilliant can move, hide, and resize windows, you are responsible for saving important work and reviewing Workspace configurations before relying on automated actions.

Updates and compatibility

Your purchase includes updates released for the current major version of Blurilliant. Separate products, editions, and major releases are not included unless expressly stated. There is no promise that every feature will remain compatible with every future version of macOS or every third-party application.

Beta and prerelease versions

Beta or prerelease builds may be incomplete, unstable, and more likely to contain errors. They are provided for evaluation and feedback and should not be relied on for critical workflows. Features may change or be removed before release.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the refund terms presented at checkout and applicable consumer law. Before requesting a refund, you may be asked to provide enough information to identify the order and understand any technical problem. Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights.

Feedback

If you voluntarily provide ideas or feedback, you grant permission to use them to improve Blurilliant without restriction or compensation. You retain ownership of any original material you submit.

Ownership

Blurilliant, its branding, interface, documentation, software, and related materials are owned by the developer or applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. This Agreement grants a license to use the app; it does not transfer ownership.

Third-party services

Blurilliant may interact with macOS, third-party applications, website hosting, payment processing, and distribution services. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change independently. Blurilliant is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blurilliant is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every configuration. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, productivity, or business interruption arising from Blurilliant. Any aggregate liability relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for Blurilliant. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

Your license may end if you materially violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete Blurilliant. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will survive.

Changes

This Agreement may be updated to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The effective date will be updated when changes are published. Material changes will apply prospectively where required by law.

Applicable law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles and without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
